Big Beef Ribs With Yakitori Korean BBQ/Sake Shrimp and Prosciutto Wrapped Baby Iceberg Lettuce

George Lovato Jr., the Outdoor On-Call Chef, fires up the Argentinian Asado Cross and cooks Big Beef Ribs that fall off the bone. Delicious shrimp cooked Yakitori style with BBQ and Sake using the Hibachi. A savory twist on a classic salad, George chars lettuce wrapped in prosciutto with his special dressing, all cooked on the grill. To complete the meal, fresh Northern New Mexico style tortillas are grilled using a cast-iron skillet.
