Shipping & Delivery Policy

Chasing the Flames works with multiple suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment partners to deliver products to customers.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains order processing, estimated transit times, tracking, split shipments, international delivery, customs, delivery problems, and the special shipping arrangements that apply to WOW GOOOOOOD custom-made products.

Effective date: July 2026

Management-review draft. Shipping estimates and available services may change by product, destination, warehouse, and carrier.

1. Overview

Chasing the Flames offers products supplied and fulfilled through multiple sources.

These may include:

  • Chasing the Flames
  • CJ Dropshipping
  • Independent manufacturers
  • Product suppliers
  • Domestic and international warehouses
  • Third-party fulfillment partners
  • Freight and parcel carriers

The fulfillment source and available shipping method may vary by product and delivery destination.

Shipping times shown on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Order Processing

Current general processing estimate2 to 5 business days

Most standard products require processing before they are handed to a carrier.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification
  • Order review
  • Inventory confirmation
  • Product sourcing
  • Picking and packing
  • Quality checks
  • Shipping-label preparation
  • Transfer between fulfillment facilities

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after a supplier’s daily cutoff may begin processing on the next business day.

Some products may process more quickly or require additional time. Product-specific information shown on the product page takes priority over this general estimate.

3. Estimated Transit Time

Current general transit estimateApproximately 7 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, destination, warehouse, and selected shipping method

Transit time begins after the package has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Actual transit time depends on factors including:

  • Product
  • Shipping origin
  • Destination country or region
  • Warehouse availability
  • Selected or available shipping method
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Product characteristics
  • Carrier network
  • Customs processing
  • Remote-area service
  • Weather and transportation conditions

An estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Product-Specific Shipping Information

Some products have shipping information published directly on their product pages.

Product-specific shipping information may include:

  • Processing or production time
  • Available destinations
  • Shipping origin
  • Delivery estimate
  • Freight arrangements
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Additional charges
  • Customs information
  • Special handling requirements

Where product-specific shipping information differs from this general policy, the information shown on the product page or confirmed in writing for the order will apply.

5. CJ Dropshipping and Fulfillment-Partner Products

Many standard products are sourced or fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping or another third-party fulfillment partner.

Depending on the product and destination, an order may ship from:

  • A domestic warehouse
  • A regional warehouse
  • An overseas warehouse
  • A supplier or manufacturer
  • A fulfillment centre selected for inventory availability

The shipping carrier or service shown in tracking may differ from the service used for the first portion of the journey.

International shipments may be transferred between logistics providers before final delivery by a local postal or courier service.

Shipping estimates for these products vary according to product availability, warehouse, destination, package attributes, and shipping method.

6. WOW GOOOOOOD Custom-Made Products

WOW GOOOOOOD stainless-steel products are custom-made or prepared specifically for the customer.

Their total fulfillment timeline may include:

  • Order review
  • Specification confirmation
  • Material preparation
  • Fabrication
  • Welding
  • Finishing
  • Polishing
  • Inspection
  • Packaging
  • Freight preparation
  • Carrier transit

Because these products vary in size, weight, destination, and fabrication requirements, they are not governed by the standard processing and transit estimates on this page.

The individual WOW GOOOOOOD product page will provide the applicable shipping, fabrication, freight, or delivery information available for that product.

Any written shipping or delivery terms confirmed specifically for a WOW GOOOOOOD order will take priority over the general information in this policy.

Custom production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by:

  • Material availability
  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Custom specifications
  • Freight availability
  • Customs processing
  • Port or terminal delays
  • Weather
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Circumstances outside reasonable control

Customers should review the product page and all confirmed order specifications before purchasing.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be:

  • Included in the product price
  • Calculated at checkout
  • Shown as a flat rate
  • Based on destination
  • Based on package size or weight
  • Confirmed separately for custom or freight products

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout or communicated before the order is finalized when a separate freight quotation is required.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote locations
  • Oversized products
  • Heavy products
  • Freight delivery
  • Address corrections
  • Redelivery
  • Storage
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Special handling
  • Customs, duties, or taxes

Charges imposed after dispatch by carriers, customs authorities, ports, terminals, or local delivery providers may be outside the control of Chasing the Flames.

8. Multiple Products and Split Shipments

Products purchased in the same order may be supplied from different warehouses, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners.

As a result:

  • Items may be shipped separately
  • Packages may have different tracking numbers
  • Packages may arrive on different dates
  • One item may arrive before the rest of the order
  • Different carriers may be used

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that items are missing.

Customers should review all tracking numbers and shipping notifications associated with the order.

No additional product charge will be added solely because an order is divided into multiple packages, unless a separate shipping or freight arrangement was disclosed before purchase.

9. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent after the package has been dispatched or the tracking information has been received from the fulfillment partner.

The confirmation may include:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier
  • Tracking link
  • Package status
  • Estimated delivery information

Tracking information may not update immediately.

It can take several business days for:

  • A carrier to scan the package
  • Tracking events to appear
  • A package to be transferred to another carrier
  • Local tracking to become active
  • International tracking to update after customs or airline transfer

A tracking number being created does not always mean that the carrier has completed its first physical scan.

10. Delivery Estimates and Delays

All processing, production, shipping, and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delays may result from:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Supplier delays
  • Product sourcing
  • Quality inspections
  • Manufacturing delays
  • Carrier congestion
  • Severe weather
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Import restrictions
  • Labour disputes
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Address problems
  • Security inspections
  • Port or airport congestion
  • Events outside reasonable control

Chasing the Flames will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and obtain updated information when a shipment is significantly delayed.

A carrier delay does not automatically cancel an order or create an immediate right to a refund after the order has shipped.

Any available rights under applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.

11. International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product and destination.

Some products cannot be shipped to every country or region because of:

  • Carrier restrictions
  • Product size or weight
  • Customs requirements
  • Import laws
  • Dangerous-goods rules
  • Supplier restrictions
  • Warehouse availability
  • Remote-area limitations

An order may be declined or cancelled when no suitable shipping method is available for the destination.

International delivery estimates do not include unpredictable customs or border-processing delays.

12. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added tax
  • Brokerage charges
  • Clearance fees
  • Handling charges
  • Local government fees

Whether these charges are included in the amount paid at checkout depends on the product, destination, carrier, and shipping method.

Unless checkout or the product page expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the customer may be responsible for charges assessed by the destination country or carrier.

Chasing the Flames does not control the amount or timing of charges imposed by customs authorities, governments, brokers, or local carriers.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination.

13. Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Before submitting an order, verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, unit, or suite number
  • City
  • Province, state, or region
  • Postal or ZIP code
  • Country
  • Telephone number when required
  • Delivery instructions when applicable

Contact Customer Care immediately when an address correction is needed.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

The customer may be responsible for costs caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Address corrections
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Redelivery
  • Package forwarding
  • Return-to-sender charges

14. Restricted Addresses and Delivery Locations

Some carriers or products may not support delivery to:

  • Post-office boxes
  • Military addresses
  • Parcel lockers
  • Remote communities
  • Islands
  • Territories
  • Freight-forwarding addresses
  • Hotels or temporary accommodations

Availability depends on the product, carrier, warehouse, and destination.

When an address cannot be served, Customer Care may request an alternative address or cancel the affected item.

Post-office boxes are not universally prohibited; availability depends on the selected carrier and product.

15. Remote-Area and Special Delivery

Remote, rural, northern, island, or difficult-to-access destinations may require:

  • Additional transit time
  • A remote-area surcharge
  • Transfer to a local carrier
  • Pickup from a carrier facility
  • Special freight arrangements
  • An alternative delivery address

Customers will be contacted when additional information, charges, or arrangements are required before shipment.

16. Freight, Oversized, and Heavy Products

Some large, heavy, or custom products may require freight delivery rather than ordinary parcel service.

Freight delivery may involve:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Terminal pickup
  • Delivery appointments
  • Signature requirements
  • Access restrictions
  • Lift-gate service
  • Customer unloading
  • Additional handling fees

The product page or order confirmation should state the known delivery arrangement.

Unless expressly included, freight delivery does not automatically include:

  • Indoor delivery
  • Placement
  • Assembly
  • Installation
  • Removal of packaging
  • Removal of an old product

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the ordered product.

17. Delivery Attempts and Signatures

A carrier may require:

  • A signature
  • A delivery appointment
  • Access instructions
  • Identification
  • Pickup from a carrier location

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and being available for required delivery arrangements.

Additional charges resulting from missed appointments, failed delivery attempts, storage, or redelivery may be the customer’s responsibility when permitted by law.

18. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should:

  • Confirm the shipping address
  • Check all entrances and delivery locations
  • Check with household members
  • Check with neighbours or building staff
  • Review any delivery photograph or notice
  • Contact the carrier
  • Allow a brief period for an early delivery scan to update

Then contact Chasing the Flames Customer Care with:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Confirmation of the shipping address
  • Details of steps already taken

Chasing the Flames will assist with an eligible carrier or fulfillment-partner investigation.

A delivered tracking scan does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim. Claims are reviewed according to the available evidence, carrier procedures, applicable policies, and law.

19. Lost Packages

A shipment may be considered lost only after the carrier or fulfillment partner has completed the applicable investigation or the package has exceeded the relevant claim period.

Customers must cooperate with reasonable claim requirements, which may include:

  • Confirming non-receipt
  • Providing identification
  • Signing a declaration
  • Confirming the address
  • Communicating with the carrier
  • Providing other requested documentation

Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Reshipment
  • Store credit
  • Another reasonable solution

20. Damaged Shipments

Inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

When a product or shipping package arrives damaged, contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of inner packaging
  • Photograph of the shipping label
  • Any requested carrier documentation

Keep the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Damaged-product claims are also subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

21. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting Customer Care unless accepting the shipment would be unsafe.

A refused, unclaimed, or abandoned shipment may result in:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Storage charges
  • Customs charges
  • Carrier fees
  • A deduction from an eligible refund

Custom-made, personalized, final-sale, freight, or international products may not qualify for a refund when delivery is refused without authorization.

22. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after:

  • Processing begins
  • An order is sent to a fulfillment partner
  • A shipping label is created
  • A product is sourced
  • A package is dispatched
  • Custom fabrication begins

Standard orders that have already shipped must follow the Refund & Return Policy.

WOW GOOOOOOD custom-made orders may not be cancelled after fabrication, material preparation, production, or customization has begun.

23. Shipping Refunds

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when:

  • An eligible product is returned because of preference or change of mind
  • Delivery was attempted at the address supplied
  • The customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address
  • A shipment was refused without authorization
  • The customer failed to collect an available package

Shipping charges may be refunded or reimbursed when:

  • Chasing the Flames sent the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled
  • Applicable law requires a refund

Any refund remains subject to the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

24. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Chasing the Flames is not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Customs restrictions
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Labour disputes
  • Material shortages
  • Manufacturing interruptions
  • Transportation shortages
  • Port closures
  • Airport disruptions
  • Technology outages
  • Public-health emergencies

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant known delays and seek a practical resolution.

25. Relationship to Other Policies

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with:

  • Refund & Return Policy
  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy Policy
  • Product-specific shipping information
  • Custom-order confirmations

Where product-specific or written order terms differ from this general policy, the more specific terms will apply to that product or order, subject to applicable law.
