Delivery dates and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Most eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements stated in that policy.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was otherwise improperly fulfilled.

WOW GOOOOOOD custom-made products are final sale except where they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or materially different from the confirmed order.

WOW GOOOOOOD products may be manufactured, prepared, or customized specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming:

Custom orders may not be cancelled after fabrication, production, material preparation, or customization has begun.

Production and delivery estimates for custom products are estimates only and may be affected by material availability, manufacturing requirements, freight conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Minor variations resulting from fabrication, welding, polishing, finishing, or material characteristics are not necessarily defects.
