George Lovato, Jr., the On-Call Outdoor Chef, demonstrates celebration cooking by serving whisky sours and mango margaritas along with tapas of grilled fillet and ribeye bits, Yakitori Chicken, Sweet and Spicy glazed pork loin bites, calabacitas on a stick and, of course, one of Abel's delicious desserts.
