Call me difficult. I will agree. Call me particular, about service in a restaurant. I will agree. Call me critical of of how my steak is cooked. I will agree. Recently, my wife and a few friends went to Seared. This is an upscaled continental cuisine restaurant with a really cool atmosphere. Now I have been there many times before but have always had my meal served in the bar. This last time we were in the restaurant proper. First off the servers there were truly professionals. They were all hyper focussed on their guests. The appetizers on the menu are great. All of them. Their entre's are all very scrumptious. So Seared checked all the boxes...Great little bites, great entre's and super service and the vibe was really cool. When you need a really cool date night restaurant, choose Seared.
